Cancellation Policy

All sessions require a waiver to be done before the time of service. This waiver will be sent to the email provided at the time of booking. 
Single Sessions 

Iv-Infusions: Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund of the deposit. Any cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service will result in a nonrefundable deposit as the cancellation fee.

Sauna: All appointments must be canceled a minimum of 4 hours in advance to receive a full refund of service if paid online. Any cancellation done within 4 hours of scheduled service will be non-refundable.

Cold-Plunge: All appointments must be canceled a minimum of 4 hours in advance to receive a full refund of service if paid online. Any cancellation done within 4 hours of scheduled service will be nonrefundable.

Contrast-Therapy: All appointments must be canceled a minimum of 4 hours in advance to receive a full refund of service if paid online. Any cancellation done within 4 hours of scheduled service will be nonrefundable.

Weight loss program initial consultation: Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund of the deposit. Any cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service will result in a nonrefundable deposit as the cancellation fee.

Hormone replacement therapy initial consultation: Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund of the deposit. Any cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service will result in a nonrefundable deposit as the cancellation fee.

Packages

Monthly Memberships

To cancel a monthly membership, members must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to their next billing cycle. Notices should be sent via text to 956.346.6484 or delivered in person to The Wellness Spot's front desk. 

Cancellation Confirmation 

Upon receiving your cancellation request, The Wellness Spot will send a confirmation text within 3 business days. Your membership will be considered active until you receive this confirmation. 

Reactivation

Members wishing to reactivate their membership after cancellation may do so at any time, subject to the current membership terms and rates. 

Changes to Policy

The Wellness Spot reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy. Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
