  • The Wellness Spot provides aesthetic, wellness, and recovery services to enhance your health and well-being.

  • All services are provided by licensed and qualified professionals in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services, prices, or policies at our discretion.

Booking and Appointment Management

  • Appointments are scheduled and managed through Boulevard, our secure online booking platform.

  • Clients will receive appointment confirmations and reminders via email or text, as facilitated by Boulevard. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date.

  • Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to availability. We encourage clients to book appointments in advance to secure their preferred time and service.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations and rescheduling must be made through Boulevard at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled after the 48-hour deadline will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will also be subject to the $50 cancellation fee.

  • If you experience issues canceling or rescheduling through Boulevard, please contact us directly at (956) 410-5899.

Payment Policies

  • Payments for services can be processed securely through Boulevard at the time of booking or at the time of service.

  • Certain services may require a deposit or full prepayment when booking. This information will be provided during the booking process.

  • All payments for services rendered are non-refundable.

Medical Disclaimer

  • The Wellness Spot does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment beyond the scope of its offered services.

  • Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications during the consultation process to ensure safe and effective treatment.

  • The Wellness Spot is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed conditions or failure to follow post-treatment care instructions.

Privacy and Data Security

  • The Wellness Spot values your privacy. Personal information collected during bookings or consultations will be handled securely and used solely for providing services or improving client experience.

  • Boulevard’s platform ensures the privacy and security of your personal information. All payment and contact information entered through Boulevard is encrypted and securely stored.

  • We will not share or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Liability

  • The Wellness Spot is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use of its services, except in cases of proven negligence.

  • Clients assume all responsibility for the results and outcomes of their chosen treatments.

Right to Refuse Service

  • The Wellness Spot reserves the right to refuse service to any client who fails to adhere to our policies, behaves inappropriately, or poses a safety risk to staff or other clients.
